Description

Split wheat is created by crushing whole, raw wheat grains into small particles. It is a good source of dietary fibre and protein and is low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. It is part of many Indian dishes as well and can be used to make exotic dishes such as Moroccan couscous.
